UPDATE 4th September, due to Covid19 restrictions, we have postponed the delivery date by a week. Orders still been taken
Please find attached an order form for our wine fundraiser which runs from 14 August to 10 September, with delivery expected around 16/17 September. Please spread far and wide so that we can bring in the funds for the club!
Orders can be emailed to Jaimee Carter at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to put your name, phone number and team in the reference and particulars section. (As this is a wine fundraising event, your name on order form must match your I.D)
Payment must be made at the time you place your order.
For every 12 bottles sold, we get $40 back for the club to contribute towards new equipment, strip and generally keeping fees low.
If there is a particular wine flavour that your friends or family are after, which is not on this list, please email me at email@example.com and I will see what I can do.
